How it works
The store and SAP never talk directly. A shared middleware database sits between them:
- New orders and customer records from CS-Cart are written to the middleware database, where SAP picks them up.
- SAP posts each invoice to an FTP server.
- The add-on reads the invoices from the FTP server and links them to the matching CS-Cart orders.
