SysNova Technologies provides IT services including e-commerce development, ERP solutions, web development, SEO services, and SAAS product development. All services are subject to separate project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owns all intellectual property developed specifically for their project upon full payment. SysNova retains rights to its proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

4. Limitation of Liability

SysNova Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
