How it works
- At checkout the customer pays a set percentage of the order value online through Juspay.
- The remaining amount is collected in cash on delivery.
- The order is flagged as PPCOD and follows the store's normal order flow, using the same status as any placed order.
- If the customer refuses the delivery, the online advance is refunded.
What we built
- Partial-payment checkout step with the advance taken through Juspay
- PPCOD flag on orders, so the team can see which orders have a balance due on delivery
- Advance refund handling for refused deliveries
